1. How to complete the purchase
To conclude the purchase contract of one or more products on CollectorAvenue.it, you will have to fill in the forms that will be presented to you, following the relative instructions, so that they are transmitted to the Vendor, electronically.
The contract is concluded when the Seller receives, via computer, your order form, subject to verification of the correctness of the data relating to your order.
Before proceeding to purchase the products, by sending the order form, please read carefully the Terms of Sale and the information on the right of withdrawal.

If the products presented on CollectorAvenue.it are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or sending the order form, it will be the Seller's responsibility to notify you promptly and in any case within three (3 ) days starting from the day following the one in which you have transmitted your order to the Seller, any unavailability of the ordered products. In case of forwarding the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund the amount already anticipated by you.
With the electronic transmission of the order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in relations with the Seller, these Conditions of Sale. If you do not share some of the terms in these Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to purchase products on CollectorAvenue.it.
By submitting the order form, you confirm that you are aware of and accept the Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained in CollectorAvenue.it, including the General Conditions of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Right of Withdrawal Notice.
Once the contract is concluded, you will receive an e-mail receipt of the purchase order containing a summary of the information already contained in the form.
2. Products and Prices
The products presented on CollectorAvenue.it are purchased directly from the Seller or are entrusted to the Seller by third parties.
The main features of the products are displayed within each product detail card, however the images and colors of the products may be different from the real ones due to the browser and the monitor used.
The prices of the products may vary over time, so please always check the final sale price before submitting the order form.
The Vendor, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.

The competent forum is Milan.
